Individual Therapy

    • Exploring self-limiting beliefs like imposter syndrome and other esteem issues.
    • Resolving behavioral issues and developing healthier habits, including overcoming compulsions or addictions, and questioning whether to stop certain behaviors.

The areas where I have been trained, or developed a deep interest in are as follows: Addictions and Compulsions, Father issues, Group Process, Relationship, Differentiation, Diversity, Attachment Theory, Transtheoretical Model of Change, Psychodrama, Jungian theory, Psychosynthesis, Existential/Phenomenological, Polyvagal Theory, and of course Transpersonal Psychology.  

In working with you individually, I may utilize aspects of different modalities including:
